Health is predominant factor that has to be considered in every aspects of life. May be in professional or in personal life staying fit and healthy is always wise. In order to stay healthy two habits must be cultivated and done at its best. The first habit is the consumption of nutritious diet and the second habit is working out exercises. If these two habits are developed one can stay healthy for linger period. The reason of highlighting these two habits is that food we consume is responsible for building body with nutrients and exercises helps to maintain the body weight nutrients in acceptable level.
The basic nutrients that are essential for body are proteins, vitamins, minerals, water and carbohydrates. These basic nutrients are responsible for various developments in the body. One should ensure that the nutrients are distributed equally without any deficiency. High protein diet which is usually prescribed helps for the faster growth of bones and muscles. It is important to develop the habit of consuming nutritious food right from childhood days. Any deficiency in any of the nutrients may cause severe problems in the future. Balanced diet habits will distribute the nutrients equally to all parts and thus assists development.
Most of the people suffer from the problem of excessive weight or obesity. This is because of lack of involvement in physical activities and exercises. There are exercise to reduce hips which clears off unwanted fats and calories that are accumulated in the body. The exercises may be aerobic or anaerobic. Yoga exercises can also be counted for weight loss and this exercise is found to be effective ensuring both physical and mental fitness. This is because the methodologies followed in yoga include stretching of body in all possible means that ensures flexibility of the body muscles. This stretching also clears off the fats in the abdomen region thus reducing weight.
The reason for gaining weight is the habit of consuming non hygienic food by human. These packed and tinned foods have less or no nutrient content that is not good for human. The immune system becomes weaker because of consumption of these junk foods and thus easily gets affected by diseases. Another problem that affects human easily is stress and depression. These are due to various factors in and around the environment. Knowing these factors one should act accordingly and in a wise manner to relieve from depression and stress.
As the present environment is contaminated by various types of pollution, it is up to the human to protect against the diseases caused by the pollution. For this purpose iron and calcium content is always necessary. Iron content in the body can be increased by consuming date fruit and one should not develop the habit of taking medicine on their own without consent of physician. This is because the antibiotics that are consumed may give back worse side effect to the person.
Prevention is always better than cure. Thus it is our duty to follow the precautionary steps to stabilize our health and carry the same stability throughout the life. A person should come forward to spend time for his health and undergo health care policies for prosperous life.
